One thing I don't miss about that part of the country. I watched a lady try and take a flooded 50 yard stretch of Llewellyn road near Philomath in the early 2000s in one of those Chevy z24s (I forget the parent model of that). She actually suprised me by making it about halfway through it before she got enough water in her intake to shut her down.
Looks nasty. Fingers crossed for good weather.
