It's a Laserburn Senior Imperial Officer (Code 304) with a HoF Rim Mercenary Head (Code HOF54c).
I already had the BfM Aquila Lander scenery that I bought before switching to 15mm (at $5 USD it was a steal), but having seen someone on TMP using it with 15mm figures I saw its awesome potential. You can cover a lot of your table with bitz of strewn spaceship wreckage... it'd probably fit in pretty well with the Battle Works Studio Startown Slums.

Nice little dioram!. That crashed spacecraft works well in 15mm. I have to get one of those. What miniature is the 25-star general?
